Requirements:

- At least 15 years old

- Good written and spoken English

- Can edit both short and long form videos

- Basic experience with CapCut

- Reliable and respectful

- Able to meet agreed deadlines

- Willing to learn and accept feedback

- Experience with After Effects

- Experience with DaVinci Resolve

- Graphic design skills

- Photography or videography experience
